The reverse on Pabes's coins shows a standing Hercules, a reverse type associated with the Bactrian king Demetrius I, while the reverses of Sapalbizes and Arseiles exhibit a Persian theme. Does this mean that Pabes was earlier? Or perhaps he ruled closer to the Greek population centers.
